There were many times I got frustrated and wanted to quit, but she was so patient and understanding the entire time. Every lesson was fun, and she knew exactly how to ease the pressure in tense situations. When there was something I didn’t quite understand, she was very clear with her explanations and tried different methods of example until I finally nailed it. “My driving experience with Ellie was special. She was patient, comforting and above all encouraging with my driving. She remains calm when things go wrong such as stalling or braking too hard, she supports with no judgement and answers every question despite how silly they may be. There were times when we would approach busier roads or roundabouts and Ellie would provide visual aids to put my mind at rest, either material she has conducted herself, consisting of laminated sheets with helpful and simple images, or using google maps and zooming into key areas we will approach during the lesson. What I liked most about my experience with Ellie is her positivity. Lessons I began doubting myself and my abilities, would end with me feeling confident and proud of myself.
